The mystery and romanticism surrounding a bike ride made me forget that it's just the road I've driven, from an ant's speed perspective. There's nothing more there.
I kinda thought it'd be like biking past one suburb, into another suburb, onto a tract that leads to ancient Mayan temple ruins. But it's only in my imagination that the bike trip exists.
And I will scatter my imagination across the country.
